How GuildHub works

The weekly raid loop, start to finish

1. Add the bot to your guild Discord. It already knows your members - nobody installs anything or makes an account.
2. Create a raid: /raid create in Discord, or from the site. An embed goes up and members click their class and spec to sign up - or mark themselves tentative, late, or absent.
3. Build the roster on the site: drag people in from the signup pool, or let auto-generate fill it and tune the result. Publish it back to Discord and rostered members confirm or decline.
4. The raid runs itself: signups lock on time, a starting-soon ping fires, and afterwards the raid review shows who actually turned up.

Set the raid to recur and next week spawns itself - timezone and DST handled. That is the whole product; everything else below is optional depth.
